These terms cover the current PrepMargin beta. By using it, you agree to review imported data and costing outputs before relying on them in your business.
What PrepMargin provides
PrepMargin organizes menus, recipes, supplier purchase prices, and food-cost estimates. Automated extraction produces editable drafts, not verified accounting records. You remain responsible for confirming quantities, units, yields, prices, taxes, allergens, safety information, and business decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass document allowances, probe other users' data, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, or use uploads to send instructions unrelated to restaurant-cost extraction. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in account.
Uploads and saved data
Only upload documents you are authorized to process. Source files are handled as described in the privacy notes. You can delete your synced menus, recipe data, ingredient price history, unmatched import rows, and AI-usage record from the workspace.
Beta availability
The service may change, fail, or be suspended during early access. Keep copies of information your business cannot afford to lose. PrepMargin is provided without a promise that every document, unit conversion, cost, or recommendation will be complete or error-free.
Payments
Live payments are not currently active. Owner payment reviews may use Stripe's sandbox, where test cards do not move real money or create a real subscription. Before live checkout opens, final billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and customer-support terms will be presented for review.

PrepMargin is operated by Cairnfield Works. Use the in-product Feedback control or email support@cairnfieldworks.com for support, feature requests, privacy questions, or access concerns. Do not include payment-card information or confidential document contents in a feedback message.
